Returns & Refunds
We hope you are satisfied with the products received. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you are able to return the products within 14 days.
Return policy: Our refund policy allows you to return your products within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the products need to be returned within the 14 day period. The sender is fully responsible for the cost of the return and we suggest to have a tracking code attached to the return.
Return conditions: All products must be unused and in the same condition as received, including packaging. We have the right to reject any returns will they not match the return condition policy.
Important note: Products in sale can only be exchanged and are not eligible for refunds.
Order cancelation: Orders can only be canceled if they are not dispatched. This is usually in a 6 to 24 hour window. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@phantom-eyewear.com.

How to return?
Email us to receive the return adress and information at contact@phantom-eyewear.com.
Print or write your order number on a paper then send to the return adress including a tracking code. Your money will be usually refunded within 1-7 working days.
All orders are shipped with free worldwide shipping. Orders can be tracked from dispatch to delivery on our website under section order tracking here.
